Pulsle ("we", "us", "our") operates pulsle.io and provides private customer feedback services to businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
This policy applies to two groups of people:
From business customers (subscribers):
From end users (feedback submitters):
We do not collect names, device identifiers, IP addresses, or any other personal data from end users beyond what they voluntarily submit in the feedback form.
End user feedback data is collected solely to forward to the relevant business customer. Once the feedback has been delivered to the business, we do not retain it. We do not use end user data for marketing, profiling, analytics, or any purpose other than delivering the feedback to the business that operates the form.
End user feedback data — including star ratings, written comments, and any email address provided — is deleted immediately after being forwarded to the business customer. We do not maintain a database of end user submissions.
Business customer account data is retained for as long as the subscription is active. Upon cancellation, account data is deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. End user data is shared only with the business customer whose form collected it — and only for the purpose of delivering the feedback.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy and is compliant with PCI DSS standards. We use Supabase for secure data storage infrastructure.
Our website may use essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Pulsle is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify business customers of material changes by email. Continued use of Pulsle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pulsle and the services provided at pulsle.io. By subscribing to or using Pulsle, you agree to these terms.
Pulsle provides a private customer feedback platform that allows businesses to collect feedback via QR code or link, route dissatisfied customers to a private inbox, and guide satisfied customers toward leaving a public review on platforms of their choice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Pulsle. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Pulsle complies with the terms and guidelines of any review platform you direct customers to. Pulsle does not guarantee that its functionality is permitted by any third-party review platform, and we accept no liability for any action taken against your business by such platforms.
You retain ownership of all feedback data collected through your Pulsle forms. By using Pulsle, you warrant that you have a lawful basis under applicable data protection law to collect and process feedback from your customers, and that your use of Pulsle complies with GDPR or any other applicable privacy regulation.
You are the data controller for feedback submitted through your forms. Pulsle acts as a data processor on your behalf solely for the purpose of delivering that feedback to you.
All intellectual property in the Pulsle platform, including software, design, and content, belongs to Pulsle. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes during your subscription period.
We aim to keep Pulsle available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsle's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of customers, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use Pulsle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the service in a way that harms other users or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at [email protected].
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Pulsle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
